Shotgun Frankenstein Soundtrack

I got the idea for this character Shotgun Frankenstein a few years ago after mishearing someone on a show. I started writing a story for it, drew some sketches, but out of all of that I ended up finishing the soundtrack (that I first started last year) first. It is a weird mixture of genres but in the end the damn thing works.

Quick explanation. He is a cop in the future that was murdered in the past by a serial killer that was attempting to create his own Frankenstein's monster using parts of victims. He succeeded only once and that was on our hero who was in charge of capturing him.

Muse Hysteria Remix

I was in the kitchen singing Muse songs to myself and the song Hysteria seemed like a fun one to attempt to make a remix of.

Retrograde: Spare Change

A few days ago I made a Zelda remix and ended up wondering what other classic games I could try out and next thing you know I made this Retrograde: Spare Change. Songs inspired by Goldeneye, Mario Kart, Majora's Mask, Dig Dug (thanks, CK!), and Jungle Hunt.

I was working on two other songs and randomly felt like working on a Zelda themed song. I think I have done four now! Love the music in those games.

Katy Perry Part Of Me Remix

I felt like doing a remix of a Katy Perry song and did this one. Still have not heard the original.

I'm Not Okay (I Promise) remix

I like My Chemical Romance and since there was a clean acapella of this song I decided to make a remix form the Lo Fi category.

Arthur Theme Remix

I found this clip of the Arthur theme song and had to try and make something out of it. This is just a minute or so long but I like it. Way happier sounding than what I usually make.

Halloween

This may be the third Halloween based song I have done which proves just how cool that damn song is.

Webslinger

I was thinking about Spider Man earlier and found a synth that sounded cool and decided to put this together. I like the way it came out.

Pink Panther Popsicle

I started this song over a week ago and kept on wanting to use the beat and mix some song into it. Today I opened and listened to it and thought "I don't wanna add anything." It also gave me an ice cream truck vibe for no reason and last week at my friends I waited for an ice cream truck that never came. Could hear it in the distance but it never came down her street.
 

Shade The Changing Man Soundtrack

After making the ROM Spaceknight EP I was thinking of what other strange and interesting comic book characters I could possibly attempt to make a soundtrack for. Shade The Changing Man was louder than a few other characters so I made this. I had started this off with four songs and while listening to them on the bus I just felt like...yeech. They were not weird enough. They were not flowing together properly. It just felt weird so I started again from scratch. When I was almost done I listened again and ended up changing two of the songs that felt like they belonged somewhere else. I finished tonight with eight songs. I like the way this came out and hope you like one or two songs.

Semisonic Closing Time Remix

Sometimes I will make a remix of a song that I have not heard in a while or that gets stuck in my head. This song Closing Time is one of those songs.

Retrograde 3: Unlimited Quarters

Over the last few weeks I have been working on this Retrograde 3 soundtrack (click here for part one and here for part two). I had to ask some folks for video game suggestions because for all the hours I spent playing them growing up I was going blank as hell when trying to come up with some to do. These are songs inspired by classic video games, not remakes. Thanks to Dan, Mark, Heidi and especially Brad (he suggested like six songs) for the ideas.
